Reach negotiated all projects documents including land use agreements with indigenous groups, grid connection, EPC and O&M.

Reach and PwC secured $500 million of debt and equity in mid 2017 at financial close.

100% acquired by ENEL EGP and Dutch infrastructure fund in mid 2017.
